FAQ

Certification FAQ

✦
What is the ALLcoyura Academy Certificate Program?

The ALLcoyura Academy Certificate Program is a free online certification in Advocacy and Leadership. It includes three study sections covering advocacy foundations, communication and teamwork, and real-world community impact. After completing all sections, you take a 25-question assessment and must score 70% or higher to earn your official downloadable certificate.

How long does the certification take to complete?

Most participants complete the full certification in one to two hours. You can work at your own pace, and your progress is saved automatically in your browser so you can return and continue where you left off at any time.

Is the certification free?

Yes. The ALLcoyura Academy Certificate Program is completely free. There are no fees for the study guide, the assessment, or the downloadable certificate. ALLcoyura is a nonprofit organization and this program is part of our mission to make advocacy training accessible to everyone.

What score do I need to pass?

You need to score 70% or higher on the 25-question final assessment to pass and earn your certificate. That means you must answer at least 18 out of 25 questions correctly. If you score below 70%, you can review the study sections and retake the assessment as many times as needed.

Can I retake the assessment if I do not pass?

Yes. If you score below 70%, you are encouraged to review the study material and retake the assessment. There is no limit on the number of retakes. We recommend revisiting each study section and its practice questions before retaking the test to strengthen your understanding of the material.

How do I download my certificate?

After passing the assessment with 70% or higher, a Download Certificate button will appear on your results page. Clicking it will open a print-friendly version of your certificate that you can print to PDF or send directly to your printer. Your name, completion date, and achievement are displayed on the certificate. We recommend saving it as a PDF for your records.
